1. Standard Check-in time is 14:00 hrs and Check-out 12:00 hrs.
2. All arrivals prior to 7:00 am will be booked, held and charged from the previous day.

5. All Bookings are confirmed / Guaranteed only if you hold "CONFIRMATION VOUCHER".
6. Bookings must be guaranteed against full payment deposited along with confirmation. The booking is on non-refundable basis and no cancellations are permitted.
7. In the cases of "No Show" the hotel reserves right to charge full Retention charges.
