• Accommodation for a couple in a centrally A/C room as per the package availed.
• Scheduled, Courtesy Dabolim Airport / Madgaon Railway Station transfers by A/C coach.
• Courtesy A/C Car transfers from Dabolim Airport or Margaon Railway station ONLY FOR SUITE ROOMS.
• Holiday Inn Refresher (non-alcoholic welcome drink) on arrival.

Supplement Cost

• A two Nights Package cost would be 75% of the 3 nights package cost without Sightseeing.
• Single Occupancy rate are 90% of the double room cost.
• Extra roll away bed will cost 750/- per day and extra mattress will cost  400/- per day inclusive of taxes.

In addition to the above Deluxe Sea View Rooms, Kids Suite, Garden Suite and Sunset Suite occupants will be provided with:-

• A Fruit basket, a chocolate platter and a packet of Cashew nuts in the room on the day of arrival.
• Late checkout up to 4 P.M. hours subject to availability.

Booking Procedure

• All reservations will be confirmed against 50% advance.
• Package rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Reservation confirmations are subject to availability of rooms upon receiving of 50% advance.

Cancellation Policy

1. A minimum of 30 days notice prior to check in date is required for a full refund of the advance deposit made.
2. 25% of the package price will be charged as a cancellation fee within the 30 day period.
3. 50% of the package price will be charged as a cancellation fee within the 15 day period.
4. 75% of the package price will be charged as a cancellation fee within the 7 day period.
5. Full package price will be charged in case of a no-show.
